DTV – Multiple-Entry Visa Valid for 5 Years
DTV is a multiple-entry visa with a validity of 5 years. It allows you to stay in Thailand for up to 180 days per entry, freely leave the country, and re-enter using the same visa throughout its validity period.
If the established conditions are met, your stay can be extended once for an additional period of up to 180 days. However, DTV does not serve as a work permit for a Thai company – it is primarily designed for remote work for foreign employers and clients.

How is DTV obtained?
Applications are submitted outside of Thailand through the e-visa system or in accordance with the requirements of the chosen consulate. The required documents vary depending on your citizenship, country of application, profession, source of income, and selected DTV category.
